As soon as the patient interacts with the front office staff, the admission procedure starts. A Unique Medical Record (UMR) number is given to the patient, serving as a passport within the hospital. The UMR serves as the patient’s identification in every department and procedure, as well as on subsequent visits. Additionally, the patient is given an In-Patient Number (IP No. ), which is unique to that specific admission only. Our Out-Patient (OP) billing and reception desk is conveniently next to our In-Patient (IP) billing and admission office.The Arete care Hospitals admission staff assists patients with the admission procedure, amenities, services, packages, room classifications, and rates when the consulting physician recommends admission.
